I was gone...

And I return, a new woman, with my life, home and heart more full than I could have imagined.

So life does happen while you're busy making other plans. I got myself healthy and before you know it the improbable happened, I got pregnant! Two years later and our beautiful, happy, healthy little miracle is making our lives better each and every moment. (Oh, and we're getting married next month, yay!)

Besides all that, I have learned so much, about my body, about nutrition, about how to avoid the poisons around us and about life in general. I hope you will join me in my journey to learn more and keep my family, and yours, as healthy and happy as can be!
